Overview
An introduction to using statistical process control in healthcare, including selection, construction, and interpretation of the most common types of control charts. The morning will cover general concepts and basic methods and the afternoon will cover more advanced control charts, including for rare events and risk adjusted data.

The California State University, East Bay Oakland Center is centrally located in the heart of downtown Oakland’s City Center area and is conveniently accessed by local mass transit (BART), AC Transit and local interstate freeways. The Oakland Center is only 15 minutes away from the Oakland International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco.
